What are DIY postcards?

DIY postcards are postcards without any illustration.

They are designed to encourage your children to capture their favourite moments and places of your adventures in San Sebastian.

This idea came about after listening to one of the tiny explorers in one of our workshops “Exploring my city”.

One day, we were looking at some of the postcards of San Sebastián.

Suddenly, a little voice asked me: “And Cristina Enea Park doesn’t have a postcard?”

“No, I’m sorry, it doesn’t” I replied. “Unfortunately, we don’t have a postcard for all the sites in the city”.

“Well, I want to draw it,” he insisted.

So, we gave him a blank piece of paper, he got down to work and painted some wonderfully colourful peacocks among the trees in the park.

That’s when we decided to incorporate five DIY postcards in our TOP CARDS’ pack: so that they can let their imagination fly and capture the places and moments they remember with greatest fondness from their adventure as city explorers.
