General Purchase Conditions
Shipments take approximately 3-4 business days once the payment has been confirmed by the Customer. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Way to pay
The payment method accepted by HiriKids is through VISA, American Express or MasterCard credit or debit cards. Payment is made on the secure Stripe server, through its software platform. HiriKids does not receive or store any data related to the card. If your payment is rejected, you can contact customer service at email@example.com so we can help you finalize your order.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when making the purchase. We can not be responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, or the theft or loss of the package in case of requesting delivery elsewhere than indicated as the shipping address when making the purchase. If it were to be lost by the way, get in touch with us in the email email@example.com indicating your order number and full delivery address, and we will take care to know what happened to inform you as soon as possible.
If you were not satisfied With your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this we only ask that you notify us in writing by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the necessary information to locate your purchase. For our part, the moment we receive your e-mail, we will inform you, by means of an electronic mail, the receipt of the same, indicating the process to be followed. In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to HiriKids (defective product or not coincident with the purchased reference) will be HiriKids who is responsible for collecting the products and / or exchange them for the correct ones, taking charge of the costs associated with this return and / or change.
In the event that the return is for reasons beyond HiriKids, as an error at the time of making the purchase, it must be the customer who is responsible for sending the products in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. In these cases, once you confirm the return of the products, HiriKids will reimburse the customer for all the payments received except the shipping costs using the same means of payment used in the purchase. Likewise, the client must assume the direct cost of the return of the products.
HiriKids can only accept changes of unused items, in perfect condition, returned in their original packaging and with all the original labels affixed to the product so that can be reimbursed. Taxes Prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, duty, fee or surcharge.
The products will be sold at the price indicated, and the product that is collected at the time of the order confirmation by the customer is valid.
HiriKids reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
All illustrations, store name and photos of the store are protected by copyright law. Any missuse can be legally pursued.
